We are recruiting a German Customer Support Representative to join a leading international company based in Oliveira de Azeméis.

Schedule Monday to Friday | 8h30 17h30
Work model 100% Onsite

Your Role
You will be part of a team dedicated to customer satisfaction and smooth order flow management. Your main responsibilities will include

- Daily communication with customers, supporting orders and requests;
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships;
- Clarifying queries in close collaboration with internal departments;
- Managing documentation and archiving processes.

What Were Looking For

- Fluency in German and English (at least a B2 level is mandatory);
- Previous experience in Customer Support / Customer Management (optional);
- Proactive, dynamic profile with a strong team spirit;
- Great communication skills and customer-oriented mindset;
- Computer skills and adaptability.
